By analyzing the isolated RF sequences, we managed to explain the reasons why the isolated RFL11 may possess high affinity to IgG Fc from the structure and simulation perspectives. Although a direct relationship between the isolated RFs and autoimmune diseases has not been established, we have demonstrated how these meaningful RFs change the paratopes on CDR through somatic mutation to induce pathogenic high binding affinity and provided insightful information and guidance useful for future RF researches.
