In this study, we isolated and characterized the 3 -untranslated region (UTR) of the porcine TGFBR2 gene and further identified the potential miRNAs that target TGFBR2 in GCs. Our findings provide additional evidence of epigenetic mechanisms that regulate the TGF-β signaling pathway in GCs.
