In contrast, to measure IL-10 production, 2.5 x 10 6 PBMCs/mL were cultivated for duplication in the presence or absence of neutralising IL-10 clone (148801, R&D System, USA) at 6 μg/10 6 cells in RPMI medium with 10% FBS. A total of 2.5x10 5 PBMCs/well were stimulated at 37°C in 96-well plates with mock, CSFV (Catalonia strain) at 0.1 MOI or PHA (10 μg/ mL). The supernatants were removed after 96 h, and the concentrations of IL-10 were determined by ELISA.
