High quality RNA was labeled and hybridized according to Affymetrix protocols using the GeneChip human genome U133 Plus 2.0 array (Affymetrix, Santa Clara, CA) and as described previously [24] . This chip covers the whole human genome using 54,000 probe sets representing approximately 22,000 genes.
