To confirm the involvement of N protein in NF-κB or FcRn promoter activation, IPEC-J2 cells were co-transfected with pRL-TK, NF-κB-Luc or FcRn-Luc and N expression vectors were added at different concentrations. Interestingly, N enhanced the activation of NF-κB and FcRn in a dose-dependent manner (Figures 4D,E) , following Western blot analysis with antibodies .
