Unattached viruses were removed and the cells were washed 3 times with PBS. The cells were incubated in 2% FBS medium supplemented with DOX at indicted concentrations. The samples were harvested and viral titers were determined by 50% endpoint dilution assays (50% tissue culture infective dose [TCID50]) or viral plaque assay on ST cells.
