Phylogenetic trees via fulllength genome sequences showed that the current sequence was placed within a clade composed of members from subtype 21a (Figure 4) . The three subtypes, 21a, 21b, and 21p, were clearly separated. The prototype of HAdV50 was again observed to cluster with HAdV21.
