For the patient with influenza A (patient 11), the antigen and autoimmune responses of the yellow fever virus were detected. For the patient with acute pharyngitis (patient 12), EBV, HIV-1, influenza A and yellow fever virus antigens were detected, but there was no autoimmune response. For the patient with cerebral infarction (patient 13), no known antigens were detected. These results indicate that humans might use known immune recognition (mainly known RNA viruses) to fight against SARS-CoV-2.
