Document: All analyses were performed for the first episode of CRV infection after SCT. Categorical variables are described as number (percentage). Continuous variables are expressed as medians (interquartile range) or mean±standard deviation. Categorical variables were compared using chi-square or Fisher's exact tests, and continuous variables were compared using t-tests or Wilcoxon rank-sum tests. Using Cox proportional hazards regression models, all variables with a p<0.05 upon univariate analysis were included in a multivariate logistic regression analysis to determine the significance of the risk factors for mortality associated with CRV-LRDs. All p values were two-tailed, and statistical significance was set at p<0.05. Statistical analy-ses were performed using SAS version 9.2 (SAS Institute Inc., Cary, NC, USA).
