In order to implement the i-GSEA approach and provide researchers with an open platform to analyze the easily available GWAS data from both publications and self experiments, we developed the i-GSEA4GWAS (improved GSEA for GWAS) web server. i-GSEA4GWAS aims to identify novel pathways/gene sets correlated with given traits and provide new insights into complex disease study, especially in complementation with standard single SNP/gene based GWAS analysis.
