For each tissue, those genes which both satisfied the Bonferroni-adjusted p-value threshold and had a correlation of expression of 0.50 or greater were analyzed using the Gprofiler gene ontology (GO) enrichment analysis (35) Python library to identify possible enriched terms in biological process (BP), molecular function (MF), cellular component (CC), human phenotype (HP), KEGG pathway, and WikiPathways (WP) ontologies.
