Importantly, our predictions are based solely on in silico analyses and must be confirmed by direct experimental data. Until such time, other than for species in which SARS-CoV-2 infection has been demonstrated to occur using ACE2, we urge caution not to over-interpret the predictions made in the present study. This is especially important with regards to species, endangered or otherwise, in human care. While species ranked high or medium may be 14 .
