Seven healthy, male cats, aged between 8 months and 5 years, were evaluated using a randomized placebo cross-over study in a pairwise fashion, each cat receiving treatment every 12 hours for a two-week period. An approximate 24-hour voided urine sample was collected at the end of each treatment period.
