To evaluate the applicability of the ICA kit for diagnosing PEDV infection in pigs, 100 µl rectal swab transport medium was transferred into a test tube containing 100 µl of the assay diluents, and then a total of 100 µl of the supernatant was added to the test well of the ICA kit using a disposable dropper. All animal experiments complied with the current laws in the Republic of Korea.
